Keeping Embry Bra Cups Consistent Across Batches
For a premium lingerie brand, a single strong batch is never the real test. The test is whether batch 50 feels and looks the same as batch 1. Embry (Anli Fang / 安莉芳), a long-established lingerie brand serving the Asia-Pacific market, builds its identity on consistent fit and feel across seasonal collections. Here is how we keep that consistency in every PU foam bra cup we make for them.
Why consistency beats speed for premium lines
A premium brand bakes fit and hand-feel into its product identity. If the cup geometry or firmness drifts between seasons, the whole garment changes. Consistency is not luck or craft intuition; it is a set of controls applied to every single production run.
We do not use robots or AI-based inspection to achieve this. The repeatability comes from three plain, auditable processes: mold reuse, per-shift parameter logging, and sealed-sample control. A buyer’s quality team can verify each one.
Control 1: the same mold, every time
We hold 2000+ existing PU foam cup molds. When a style is approved, reorders pull from the same mold number, so the geometry is identical run to run. That mold stability is the foundation of repeatability.
- Approved styles sample in 1-2 days from the existing mold library.
- New styles take 3-7 days to a sample from a newly cut mold.
- Minimum order is 500 pairs per run.
Control 2: every batch is logged
Each shift completes a production parameter record covering mold number, foam batch number, shift, and hot-press settings: temperature 160-200°C, pressure 15-30 ton, dwell time 8-15 seconds. These records make every batch traceable.
If a later batch drifts, we can trace exactly which foam lot and which shift produced it, then correct at the source. The outcome is a stable 95%+ yield across production and a clear audit trail for the brand’s own quality team.
We do not operate an in-house testing laboratory or issue independent test reports. Buyers may send cups to an accredited laboratory, and we provide the material information needed to support that testing.
Control 3: the sealed sample is the reference
Before mass production, both sides agree and keep a sealed sample that defines color, density window (25-30 kg/m3), ILD window (28-35), and yellowing grade. Every production run is measured against that sealed sample, not against memory or a verbal spec.
If anything in the reference drifts, we reconfirm before shipping. This is the step that keeps batch 50 identical to batch 1.
What this means for light-colored premium products
Embry’s nude, white, and pastel lines must stay color-true through storage and wear. Our cups carry 4-grade yellowing resistance, which protects against the discoloration that heat, light, and time can cause in polyurethane foam.
For skin-contact safety, cups are made to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 substance-limit requirements. It is worth noting that OEKO-TEX is a harmful-substance standard, not a yellowing or hardness test; those properties are controlled by our process and the sealed sample.
Certified, traceable, and financially reliable
We hold three independent certifications: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (substance limits), GRS (recycled-content claims where applicable), and ISO 9001 (management system behind production). For recycled programs, we follow the scope-certificate and transaction-certificate discipline described in our GRS recycled foam guide.
Behind the cups sits 8 years of export experience with zero bad-debt records, covered by Sinosure export credit insurance. For a brand planning seasonal collections a year ahead, that combination, consistent cups and a consistent commercial partner, is what makes reordering easy. This is the same discipline we apply across brand programs, as shown in our work with Adore Me.

Frequently asked questions
Does Senfeng make Embry’s cups with robots or AI inspection?
No. We keep consistency through mold reuse, per-shift parameter logging, and sealed-sample control. We do not claim robotic automation or AI-based inspection, and we do not operate an in-house lab.
How do you keep cup feel the same across many batches?
Every run uses the same approved mold number and is measured against a sealed sample that defines density (25-30 kg/m3), ILD (28-35), color, and yellowing grade. Production parameter records let us trace and correct any drift.
Can Senfeng supply recycled-content cups for a premium line?
Yes, under our GRS certification. Recycled content must be written into the purchase order, and because recycled foam can vary between lots, the sealed sample is reconfirmed for each batch.
What certifications support a premium brand’s sourcing?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (substance limits), GRS (recycled content, where applicable), and ISO 9001 (management system). None of these test yellowing or hardness, so those properties are controlled by our process and the sealed sample.
What is the minimum order and sampling time?
Minimum order is 500 pairs. An existing mold can sample in 1-2 days; a new mold takes 3-7 days. During peak season we recommend locking capacity about 60 days ahead.
