Our Facility in Dongguan

We operate a dedicated molded-cup production facility in Dongguan, in China’s Pearl River Delta manufacturing cluster. Every shift records production parameters (temperature, pressure, dwell time) in a per-shift log, giving full traceability from raw material to finished cup. Finished-product yield holds steady above 95%.

What We Make

Our core product is the PU foam molded bra cup:

  • Density: 25–30 kg/m³
  • Hardness (ILD): 28–35
  • Yellowing resistance: 4-grade (suitable for white and light-color garments)
  • Ventilation: each cup is drilled with 6–12 breathable holes (1.5–2 mm), included by default at no extra charge

We maintain 2000+ existing molded-cup tool sets covering a wide range of shapes and sizes. Memory foam cups exist in the industry and we can advise on sourcing, but Senfeng’s production line is PU foam molded cups.
