Who we are?
As a professional bra cup manufacturer based in Dongguan, China, Dongguan Senfeng Accessories Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 and specializes in the design, development and mass manufacturing of various bra cups and bra pads to serve worldwide underwear brands.
Covering over 3,600 square meters of standardized production area, our factory is equipped with more than 140 sets of advanced automatic processing equipment. We have 150 in-house employees, nearly 45% of whom are professional technical engineers and R&D specialists. Our core technical and management teams boast years of profound industry know-how, strict production standards and dedicated work ethics. Supported by abundant technical professionals, we supervise every production procedure ranging from raw material screening to finished goods testing, capable of steady mass production and adaptable custom solutions for clients at home and abroad.
What do we do?
Driven by the growing global demand for high-quality, eco-friendly mid-to-high end underwear accessories, Senfeng integrates independent product R&D, standardized manufacturing, strict environmental testing and one-stop export supply services for bra cup and bra pad items.
All our products are crafted with premium grade raw foam and imported environmentally safe glue materials. Every batch of raw materials and finished goods undergoes independent environmental testing, and we have obtained authoritative global industry certifications including OEKO-TEX-100, TPQ and SGS, ensuring all items are non-toxic, skin-friendly, long-lasting non-deformable and excellent in air permeability.
In addition, we complete official registration on the HIGG sustainable manufacturing platform with ID:180752, continuously practicing green, low-carbon and recyclable production concepts throughout our factory operation. We maintain a steady average monthly production capacity of 2 million pairs of bra cups and pads, capable of undertaking OEM, ODM and private label bulk orders of all sizes. We serve lingerie, swimwear, shapewear brands across Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other overseas markets, delivering reliable, certified and cost-effective bra accessory solutions to worldwide clients.
